The Becoming HER Experience is a transformational summer program founded and led by Tiara Fetherson — a wife, mother, licensed mental health coach, entrepreneur, and founder of The Wifepreneur Movement.

WHAT'S INCLUDED IN THE BUILDHER EXPERIENCE

  • This isn’t your average summer camp. Every part of BuildHER is intentionally designed to give teen girls practical skills, creative freedom, and life-changing mentorship in a safe, empowering environment.

  • Camp Highlights Include:

    • Confidence-Building Workshops Led by former Ms. Full Figured USA Brittany Neely, these sessions help girls embrace their bodies, speak boldly, and show up as their most authentic selves.

    • Mental Health & Emotional Wellness Coaching: Guided by a licensed professional, campers will explore healthy coping strategies, self-regulation tools, and how to protect their peace.

    • Wig Making & Beauty Trade Training: Campers will receive a full wig kit, learn the basics of styling, and discover how creativity can turn into career paths or extra income.

    • Social Media & Content Creation Workshops: Learn how to create digital content, design with Canva, show up online, and understand how to build a brand that’s both profitable and positive.

    • Resume Building & Professional Readiness: Girls will leave camp with a starter resume, job interview tips, and skills to confidently navigate leadership and work opportunities.

    • Business Plan & Pitch Coaching: Each camper will build a real business plan, learn how to price their services, identify their audience, and pitch like a pro.

    • Chef-Prepared Lunches Daily: Because nourishment matters — lunch is served fresh each day and included in the registration.

    • Graduation & Showcase Day: Campers present their businesses and growth to friends, family, and community sponsors during our powerful closing celebration.

Meet The FoundHER & Team Behind BuildHER

Founder

Tiara Fetherson

Founder | Certified Mental Health Coach | Licensed Cosmetologist | MFT Graduate

Tiara Fetherson is the visionary behind BuildHER: The Becoming HER Experience. She is a certified mental health coach, licensed cosmetologist, and holds a Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy. Currently working toward full licensure as a therapist, Tiara blends mental health, beauty, and entrepreneurship to create life-changing spaces for young girls to grow, heal, and lead.


Tiara is also a successful content creator with over 200,000 followers across social media platforms, where she shares education, empowerment, and business tools with women and aspiring entrepreneurs nationwide.


As the founder of The Wifepreneur Movement, Tiara has helped women build profitable brands without sacrificing their well-being. From launching a trucking company with her husband to mentoring women and homeschooling her son, she’s a true example of building while becoming. With BuildHER, she’s creating the program she wished she had as a teen — one rooted in healing, confidence, creativity, and legacy.

Brittany Neely, crowned Ms. Full Figured USA, brings unmatched passion, presence, and purpose to BuildHER. As a confidence coach and body positivity advocate, Brittany leads workshops that challenge every girl to embrace her beauty, take up space, and show up boldly—just as she is. Her sessions are more than motivational—they’re transformational.

    Daily Lunch: Chef-prepared meals provided


    Each day blends empowerment, creativity, and hands-on learning through interactive workshops, guest speakers, and business-building sessions.
